Cars.com crowns Pilot King of SUVs

Small scale SUVs offer a great solution to moving the family around, and Cars.com recently decided to compare several models and brands objectively and crown a winner.

The judges were what you call experts. Cars.com, USA Today and MotorWeek were all involved in the judging, and most importantly, so was a quaint family of four. "The Kochs", a family out of Hoffman Estates, IL got to spend some serious time in each vehicle to provide their real-world view.

Even though it was facing stiff competition from Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford and Toyota, we are happy to announce the Honda Pilot came out on top. The Honda Pilot was recognized for its "nice balance of size, roominess, efficiency and versatility, and it appears that Honda is becoming more generous with features for the money." Others automotive experts said the Pilot was "a great choice for growing families with a sense of adventure"

In summary, the judges had to say the Pilot was the winner due to "the high level of quality and comfort teamed to all the great entertainment features. I am not sure how you top it". You can read the full showdown here:
